Believe it or not, I made it to the finals guys! Yupp, for the Masterchef Malaysia BLOGGERS Challenge. Didn't believe it myself! There were prawns, pineapples, egg, flour and spices in the mystery box and I ended up making what I call Spicy Tropical Shrimp Lollies (after sweating profusely not knowing what to make!) Anyway, here's the pic of the dish that got me through. Wish me luck for the finals this week! xoxo
